I bought both me and my boyfriend’s bikes from here, Urban Xpress and Urban Xscape, and the quality of both are incredible. They ride so smooth are perfect for a daily commute or just riding for fun. The owner is so great, he worked with me on the price and made the process so quick and easy. I also got a kryptonite lock at a good price, better than amazon. They can also do tune ups on the bikes. I love this bike shop and cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking for a new bike.
Awesome bikes, awesome prices, awesome people. I went all over town looking for a bike shop that was fair and reasonable. Not only did I find that at The Bike Shop, but more importantly I found someone who actually cares about his customers and making them happy.
The perks of buying a bike here are immeasurable. Also any bike fixes are extremely well-priced. The guys working on the bikes are so skilled and knowledgeable – they work with you to get the bike just perfect.
THANK YOU for an outstanding experience! The entire staff gave us fantastic service, but I particularly want to praise the authenticity and joy Mark brings to the shop. Thank you for making an errand the best part of our day!
